Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Abiara Skin does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Refunds are only issued in limited situations involving order adjustments, fulfillment changes, shipping overcharges, duplicate transactions, or technical checkout/payment errors. Product purchases themselves remain final sale.

Each product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with a strong emphasis on quality, hygiene, and product integrity. Because our skincare and body care products come into direct contact with the skin, returned items cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our possession.

Many of our formulations are made with natural and unrefined ingredients that may soften, melt, or change texture when exposed to high temperatures after delivery. While this does not impact the effectiveness or usability of the product, Abiara Skin is not responsible for temperature-related changes that occur once an order has been delivered.

We strongly encourage customers to retrieve packages immediately upon delivery and carefully review all product descriptions, ingredients, policies, and shipping information prior to placing an order.

Abiara Skin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer store credit or another form of resolution in select situations.
